Weaving nature connection practices into sessions reduces stress, grounds your awareness, and enriches your connection to the natural world - something I believe every human needs to truly thrive.

Tailored Exercise Programs & Lifestyle Prescription

After each session, you’ll get a take-home training program with tailored workouts, practices, and suggested lifestyle adjustments to keep you moving forward between sessions and help improve sleep and stress management, and accelerate training progress.

session Structure

A session will often run as follows:

  1. We’ll meet in a natural setting, selected with convenience and suitability in mind

  2. Discuss training progress and any challenges you might be facing, and decide how to resolve them

  3. Drop into a guided nature connection practice to bring you into a deep state of grounded presence, calm your spirit, and enhance your awareness of the surrounding Nature

  4. The bulk of the session will involve primal and functional movement training tailored to your goals and desired training outcomes

  5. We finish with a grounding practice to downregulate your system and move you into the rest of your day feeling calm and connected, yet energised and uplifted

  6. Each session will be followed up with a take-home training program, recommended practices, and lifestyle prescriptions to keep you progressing between sessions
